  • Consultations are approximately 15 minutes long

  • New patients should arrive 10 minutes prior to the appointment time to complete paper work

  • To ensure you receive your Medicare rebate please make certain you have a current referral

  • Please bring with you Medicare card, health insurance details, pension card and any tests/results

  • We actively participate in Known Gap/No Gap schemes with the majority of the Health Funds.                                                                               

  • Depending on your health fund, out of pocket costs are always provided to the patient prior to surgery                                               

  • An Informed Financial Consent is provided to each and every patient. It is explained to each patient that their surgical account is sent directly to either their Health Fund or Medicare for settlement.                                                                                                                             

  • Hospital forms will be given at time of booking                                  

  • Pre-operative information will be given                                               

  • Post operative appointment will be made
